How many years have you been in business?

T-Rock Contracting has been in business for 2 years in the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex area. Our sister company T-Rock Roofing has been in business for over 60 years.

What areas do you service?

While we are based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, we have done projects all over the state of Texas. We have also completed projects in South Carolina, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.

What is your typical project size?

No job is too big or too small for T-Rock Contracting! From a simple single-unit paint job to a multi unit new construction, we want to be your partner of choice for both minor and major projects.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry $2MIL General Liability, $5MIL Umbrella Insurance, and Workers Compensation Insurance that fits all the requirements of our clients. We can be found on Real Page’s vendor compliance system as well as several others.

Who are your suppliers?

Our materials are sourced through many vendors including The Home Depot, Sherwin-Williams, PPG, and Roofing Supply Group.

What is your payment schedule?

30 is our preferred window but our payment schedule is flexible, and we will work with you to find the best option. For most projects we require a deposit and draws at key progress points during the project, with a retention payment held until the final walkthrough has been completed..

How long does it take to get an estimate?

Depending on the scope and size of the project, most estimates are turned around in two-three days.

What if I need to modify my estimate?

Not a problem! T-Rock Contracting understands that some projects may need a second or potentially a third option accommodate to your needs. We are always here to help consult with different materials as well as finding the ideal execution style that fits your budget and design needs.

Can you work within my budget?

Yes, T-Rock Contracting has experience with several properties and management companies that have strict budgets for their project. Our goal is always to be under budget and on time.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

T-Rock Contracting will warranty material and labor for painting one year from the date of completion (material must be free of defect). Metal surfaces have a warranty from defects for one full year from the date of completion. No warranty of labor or material used in painting deteriorated, delaminated or rusted surfaces. T-Rock also provides a workmanship warranty of 365 days from the date of completion on carpentry, masonry, and welding work.

Will I be involved in the process?

Yes, one of T-Rock’s core values is to communicate efficiently with our clients and always keep them involved during the entire process.

What does a multi-family general contractor do?

A multi-family general contractor focuses on the complex needs and demands that a multifamily and commercial property requires. We understand that executing projects in fully occupied units and apartment complexes involves many factors. T-Rock Contracting specializes making the management company, the property staff and the residents feel as if nothing is happening while seamlessly transitioning and transforming the property.

Do I need to hire an architect?

T-Rock has worked with clients who bring in their own architect and engineers as well as clients who have us bring in one of our preferred architects, engineers, or draftsmen.  If your project requires designs or plans T-Rock can help you.

I want to remodel my property, where do I start?

Do I need to get building permits and insurance for my commercial construction?

T-Rock will take care of all permits needed for any projects that we undertake.
