Luis is a valued member of the T-Rock Contracting team. His dedication and dynamic communication skills make him an excellent addition to any project. Luis’ mission for every job is delivering exceptional service to our existing and future clients and assessing their needs. With his uncanny ability to connect with people at all levels, Luis excels at providing accurate and consistent communication with his clients ensuring they are aligned with the T-Rock Contracting resources they need to accomplish their project goals. Having served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Luis is no stranger to challenges and proves his honor and commitment to his work and his clients every day with his unwavering determination.

Luis began his career at an early age. Born in Venezuela and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, he thanks his father for his wisdom and business experience with every day operations, sales, project management and effective communication. His leadership, discipline, excellent work ethics and teamwork reflect in every project he takes on.

In his free time, Luis like to pass time at the gym exercising and lifting weights. He also enjoys off-roading, traveling, and shootin’ guns. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife and dog as well as his family and friends.
