Cayla McGinty

Senior Project Manager

Cayla is invaluable member of the T-Rock Contracting team. As a Senior Project Manager, she oversees all project managers to ensure they have the support they need and closely monitors the most important aspects of each project with an exceptional eye for detail. Cayla has a unique ability to understand and communicate with all team members and relentlessly pursues safety, quality, and excellence of each project she is assigned. Among her many accomplishments, Cayla has successfully managed multiple large projects of up to $5MIL, some even simultaneously.

A Tioga, Texas native, Cayla was essentially raised in the construction industry. Working with her father at his general construction business, where she gained valuable experience and learning tricks of the trades from her grandfather, she integrates that breadth of experience to her work. Driven by two important values, integrity, and respect, she takes pride in helping bring our clients’ vision into reality.

During her free time, Cayla enjoys spending time with her family outdoors. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, or hiking with her two labs, she is always looking for a new adventure.
